I'm all for giving children the opportunity to learn how special God's word is - and very conscious how few people get beyond the more commonly read books of scripture. I'm starting a little experiment - Called Group 66 I'm looking for 66 people/ families/ children's group leaders to simply commit to studying one whole book with children - At the end of the time we would try and get together and have a group 66 party where the children could present what God has shown them.
