Training and Nurturing Young Leaders.

Over the four years I have enjoyed training and developing young leaders (16-21 years old) for ministry with children. Was excited to see a whole gathering of young leaders at a regional training event I was leading recently and to hear of the fruit of the relationships these leaders develop with children - amazing stories of children connecting and growing in faith. I have been involved in running an afternoon 'crash course' for young leaders in developing character, being a role model and developing christ-centred relationships. Have developed a stream of training and experience for young leaders at an annual summer camp for 90 children. Has any one out there developed materials for training or suggestions on how to further develop the 25+ young people (16-21 year olds) I have the privilege of leading and training for children's ministry?
