Practically - I checked out from the SU website - Lightlive - Xstream for the session for 6th sept which is 'Jesus calls his disciples' the best activities would be 'Follow the leader' - it would be good to introduce your new child and then make suggestions like 'I think ... would like it if we talk quite quietly to him' then look at him to check that he feels okay with what you say.
Then you might pick 'Who can follow' -the child can play with the bible timeline if he cannot concentrate on the session. It might work well if you separate the timeline ( and laminate each piece if you can) then it seems like a sort of large card game to put the events in order. For the last section the 'I will follow him' has a useful worksheet you can download that could have pictures drawn rather than trying to write words on it.
Apologies as this is all guesswork as I don't know his actual ability - pictures to explain things and colouring sheets are always a good way in that is non threatening. If he is hypersensitive to sound, you may want to invest in some ear defenders for him
