Have you had any formal training for your role
I am the Pastor of Immanuel Christian Fellowship and at the same time, Director of Signpost International Inc. in the Philippines, working with children and family at risk. As a Pastor, I was trained for one year in a Bible School and them another year, as a church worker. I used to teach Children's Sunday School. I have some trainings on children's ministry from seminars and hands on.

As Director of Signpost - Philippines, my trainings are more on on-the-job, seminars and workshops(including exposures). By profession, I am Certified Public Accountant.

At Immanuel, it is Children's Sunday School and Child sponsorship, while in Signpost, we are involved in Child sponsorship and rescue, rehabilitation(residential care) and re-integration of Street Children (boys) ages 5-15.
