- I am passionately non-denominational although work across denominations. I am pleased to be able to appreciate the diversity without any particular persuassion.

- Social, Educational, Behavioural and Developmental.
Including clubs, actvities, schools & family inclusion support and detached youth work. In general, all aspects of youth mentoring, community and developmental support.

- Yes, in partnership with Folkestone Churches Together. What4 co-ordinates regular schools network meetings enabling christian schools workers and youth workers to meet together, share ideas and resources and encourage one another.

- Yes.
Ignition Training Programmes : equipping young people and churches for children, schools & youth work. Courses are run in partnership with The Family Trust and Moorlands Bible College with additional training opportunities through partnership and affiliation with Kent Youth.
Courses include schools worker training, youthwork & youth & community training & sports coach training. Applied Work Based Learning is encouraged in partnership with several local youth and schools projects. Training is varied, practical hands on and taught and can be part-time, full-time or Gap year.
