- Children's Minister of a large church in Hampshire, overseeing all 0-11s work, including twice-monthly mid week family celebration and ruglar Sunday and club activities. Also paid Schools worker (Associate Body of Scripture Union), overseeing team of 10 volunteers going into 15 local Junior/Infant/Primary schools doing assemblies and PSHE lessons.

- Child Protection training plus skills training for my 50 church volunteers, including specialised training for our leaders who are aged 11-18. General training run annually for our Holiday Club with takes 300 children and has 180 volunteer leaders (alongside Youth Minister).
