- I am on the staff team of Chichester Baptist Church, for 2 days a week. I am the children's ministry leader responsible for overseeing the groups we run for our under 10 year olds. That involves the Sunday school on sunday morning, with 100 children, a toddler midweek morning, 3 children's discipleship groups and a mid week club night.

- I have a role in training our volunteers who work with the children, alongside our full time youth worker. I also liase with appropriate individuals to fascilitate external training sessions.
