I am not aware of anything specific on this topic - I wonder if it is worth asking others if they have anything ?
I know Martin who heads up the Special needs for teenagers / young adults at NW has had experience of preparing teenagers for confirmation. Do you think that would help - I am sure you could contact him if you wanted to. Let me know and I can put you in touch.
Sounds like something that might be worth looking into and sharing with others if you design something.
