- Have you had any formal training for your role
- I trained as a Primary School teacher and worked for 5 years in London then left teaching to train at Moorlands for 2 years, completing my diploma. After that, for 10 years, I initiated and developed a school's ministry in Tonbridge, Kent where along with others, I helped lead All Age services, training, camps, holiday clubs etc. I now work in the Cotswolds as Director of Children's Ministry for four churches. I am also a founding member of Cotswold Kidznet, a group of full time children's and youth workers. Along with my wife Nellie and a small team, I also lead All Age Celebrations at Spring Harvest.

- I currently belong to a Baptist Church.

- In addition to the above, I oversee and develop the children's work for four Baptist churches in the northern Cotswolds. I have responsibility for working out the churches' vision in relation to the children's work, developing our own vision within the children's ministry, overseeing and developing training, writing and overseeing the area of child protection and giving strategic leading and direction to all areas of children's work, including initiating new developments, caring for and supporting children's leaders and also liasing and working with the church leaderships and mnisters.

- I helped found Cotswold Kidznet, a group of children's and youth workers from across the Cotswolds. We meet regularly to pray, encourage and support each other.

- I oversee the training and development of the children's leaders within our cluster of churches, there are currently around 80 volunteers. I also lead seminars and training at Spring Harvest with specific reference to All Age Worship.

It's always sad to see when people don't have any friends but I would be delighted to be yours. Things have moved on for me quite a lot since we worked at Spring Harvest together. I'm now Pastoring a church in the East End of London and getting married in a few weeks time. I've also been getting involved with children's work training with the London Baptist Association and have joined Children Worldwide. I do occasionally hear bits and pieces about what you are up to but it's good to see a bit more on your profile page.
