Hi there,
I'm very involved in helping parents and children engage with the Bible together, mainly though published resources but also by helping them 'have a go' together. So I put together family bible times for events such as Baptist Assembly and for Church week ends. It helps to encourage and enthuse parents and children alike, but also helps parents feel more confident.

Hi Rajapaul
Thank you for allowing me to use the condensed version of your name.
I would be more than happy to be your friend. I have been to Hydrabad twice in the last two years and have connected up with 66 churches in that area. I am thankful to God that we, in partnership with those local churches have started a literacy program. Teaching slum and rural children to read and write English using the scriptures. They are now starting a similar program in Telegu. We are in the process of developing a more basic program that will be aimed at children who are completely illiterate. I will advise you when this will be available.
You will be in my prayers and I wish you and your family every blessing in His mighty name.

I am happy to hear about your progress. As for me i am living with pain for i do not know how to start the program of illiterate children of Africa and orphans. May God the ALMIGHTY bless you.

Raja,

It is good to hear from you about the work you are doing in India. I have never had the privilege of visiting your nation, but have been involved in supporting some different ministries there.

I have just finished helping another church in London running their VBS with 120-150 children each day most of whom have no other contact with church through the year. The team are gathering this evening to review what we did and look to see how we can improve next year. Otherwise I am moving into my quiet time of the year through our summer holiday as many of the children that I work with are away on camps, holidays, etc.

I pray that God will continue to minister to you and through you to many children. God bless
Dave

Thanks for your reply. I can't see myself getting out to India very soon, but would love to see some photos of what you are doing. Feel free to email me at dave@quaystone.org.

Hi Raja
I do trust all is well with you and your family. I have mentioned to my Indian colleague here in Australia about you and your work. At some time in the future it is our desire to connect you up with some of the projects we have undertaken in India. WQe are currently trying to consolidate in Hydrabad and then spread out.
Every blessing
Graham

Hello

Sorry for my slow response but everything has stopped over here for our summer!

I am 34, married with no children. I started to work for Bible Explorer (Walk Through the Bible) in January and am loving it.

Hi Raja,
Glad to hear from you. So much of what you're doing is similar to what Action Iternational Ministries are doing around the world including India.
Do you have any projects which are web related? This is more my particular field at present.
Be blessed and encouraged as you venture into this new year of new experiences and challenges with God!
In His grace,
Harry
