- I've not had any formal training in children's work but have learnt through experience, working with others who have guided me and occasional seminars, etc. I have completed some undergraduate and postgraduate theological study.

- I'm a Christian working within a Baptist Church.
- What type of work with children are you involved in
- I oversee the children's work in my church including "Sunday School", children's outreach clubs, evangelism, discipleship, pastoral care and all age worship. Most of this is with direct personal hands on work.

- Full time church worker
- Are you part of a local network of childrens workers, if so give details
- I'm part of the national network Children Worldwide and work with the London Baptist Association in developing children's work across the region.

- I lead and train the children's workers in my own church as well as organising children's work training events across London Baptist churches and in Tower Hamlets.
