So children frequently end up with the same disorders & habits of their parents - and boys are particularly prone to their father's sins? And men are more reluctant to seek help? How much money did this research cost I wonder? Next they'll be telling me that children who's parents smoke are more likely to smoke too. Or that children of divorcees are more likely to divorce themselves. Think this is known in journalistic circles as a "bear takes a sh*t in woods" story. Still, they have to publish it to justify their next research grant but I'm sure it used to be called common sense!

This is so desperately sad. All those children, bruised and broken through the non-action of those who probably love them but are still hurting them more than they know. I wonder if any of us really think enough about the way our lives are impacting those around us? Thank God for forgiveness and healing through Jesus.
